The European Investment Bank hosted an on-line seminar on Sustainable Finance. Why and How? On the 26th April 2022 (5:00 pm – 6:10 pm Rome Timezone). On this occasion, the 2021.2 issue of European Economy – Banks, Regulation, and the Real Sector was launched.
Panellists discussed why the principle that environmental sustainability should gradually become strictly interrelated to financial activities is becoming widespread and fully accepted, and how it should be pursued through financial regulation, supervision and banks’ and financial institutions’ voluntary actions.
